We are Jerk on Jerkies and make gourmet jerky snacks. A small Ma and Pa kitchen that does everything in house, located in Palm Bay Florida.

Our jerky is made fresh weekly with no preservatives or curing agents. We strive for the best tasting quality meat snacks packed full of flavor, using the best ingredients.
